The Executive Secretary Mr Piotr Dmochowski-Lipski welcomed today at the EUTELSAT IGO headquarters Ambassador Luca Sabbatucci, the recently appointed Permanent Representative of Italy to the International Organisations in Paris.   During this official meeting, Ambassador Sabbatucci presented the Letters of Credence to the Executive Secretary.
